When we took on our first project for SX Homes, we knew it was an opportunity to showcase our commitment to quality and precision. This dual-living duplex on Marybell Drive in Aura was the perfect canvas for our expertise.
We approached every surface with care, applying a three-coat system of premium exterior acrylic paints to ensure durability and a flawless finish. The timber posts received a meticulous treatment—first coated with Sikkens Cetol HLSe, then topped with Filter7—preserving their beauty while adding longevity.
Inside, we carried through the same attention to detail. Every wall, ceiling, and trim was finished using the same three-coat process with high-quality acrylic paints. Doors and frames received a spray-finish, ensuring a smooth and consistent look across the entire interior.
