[Myunna helped me, some time ago, count the days between me finishing my body and our first meeting. Four rises of the moon and sun… it put the day at March 31st. We're here again, a year later.]
[I've changed a lot since then. I'm not as naive as I once was. I have friends, and I have partners. I can be loved, and I can love in return. I have desires that no SEED might have ever had, or pushed down deep within them. I have reasons to stay alive. …So many reasons to stay alive.]
[There are things- beings, really- that I've devoted myself to, and I am so, so glad that I'm able to do so. The wheat rustles and sings around me. It's a radiant day, clear skies… Last year it was a bit cloudy, wasn't it…? I don't think I kept those early memories too well, but I think it was cloudy. Whatever the case, now the sun shines on us and dyes the sky a lovely blue around it.]

a batch of three ideas that i really wanted to bring into being.
SYLVAS - A dark blossom staring towards the light.
["I understand your aversion towards me and my kind… it's only logical, after all. But I truly mean you no harm. …I hope we can get along."]
A SEED that gained sapience and crafted a human form out of plant matter. Curious about the nature of the World of Fragaria, they've traveled across various kingdoms, observing its people from a distance. They are calm, considerate and friendly- traits they must actively choose to be as they constantly fight against their nature. They are unable to speak, communicating with a notepad or telepathy for those they befriend. One of these friendships is with Myunna, and due to this they've been able to put down roots in Cogimyun's Kingdom.
Chivalry - Change (変化): To defy one's fate and pursue what the heart desires.
This is the primary little guy (gender neutral). The one I draw most often, to the dismay of the other two… Syl's gone through some interesting developments in the, like… 9 months they've existed? Started out as the equivalent to an urban animal trying to scrape by without getting killed, now they've completely defected against the other SEEDs and are dating three knights. (Those knights being Myunna (romantic), Nolani (queerplatonic), and a squire to BUDDYEDDY who doesn't belong to me and whose owner is not on any social media afaik (also queerplatonic)). I have no idea how this happened. They got away from me.

…beyond that, they get along surprisingly well with the other knights of the Blue Bouquet (even if Cielomort scares them) and are taking the potential news that SEEDs might have once been good very well. They're not coping with the rest of the Lost Kitty arc, though. As you can see above, their emoji is the badger because it matches in color (at least to their original outfit, which is… not the one shown here). They're also dysphoric as hell over being a SEED, so there's that. Let them bake bread for you. Please.

NOLANI - A lively knight hiding draconic might.
"Let's see… ah, a right turn here will get you where you need to be! I'll come along with you so you don't have to be alone!"
A dragon-blooded Knight of Fragaria in Wish Me Mell's court, serving her friend Nina and the principality she rules over. Incredibly active and curious, he gives his all in keeping his Lord safe, and even extends his protection to the rest of his kingdom when it proves necessary. He's easy to get along with and provides a boisterous energy to any gathering, but he can also be quite reckless. Willmesh mentored him in knightly ways, so he holds a lot of respect for him.
Chivalry - Happiness (幸福): To find any reason for a person to smile, keeping their spirits high.
I really have to thank Fragmem for introducing to Mell here, because I find her and her friends at Merci Hills absolutely adorable. I had to make a knight for one of her friends, I just had to! Fortunately I happened upon Nina, the dragon. And seeing as I really love dragons, it was pretty much inevitable that Nol here would come to be, right? I wasn't originally planning on having him be dragon-blooded, actually- but the temptations got to me, and so that part of him awakened when Nina bestowed her Accolade in the form of his lantern. Horn and wings (the "shawl") sprouted and jumpscared them both. …and he can transform into a big dragon if he wants.
He's taking Lost Kitty WAY worse than Syl is on account of being involved with protecting the Tree of Wishes when Willmesh (fondly called "Sir Will" because Nol likes giving nicknames if possible) isn't there. So that's fun. The "getting wet" part of his dislikes is because he keeps getting hit with a hose in the OC channel of the server I'm in. Plus, he's really fluffy in his dragon form, so it takes forever to dry out, even if he reverts.

PEREGRIN - A coolheaded ghost of days long gone.
"…right, you're all clear to go. Thank you for your cooperation, and safe travels ahead."
A debonair man who resides in Tuxedosam's Kingdom. Even though he bears a natural charm and gets along fine with the easygoing residents, he's more comfortable sticking to the shadows of the alleys, so he isn't often seen outside of the ports where he works. He was once the Fragaria of Peggy Pop, its kingdom far from the Noir Continent. But its Lord fell victim to the SEEDs, with Peregrin unable to do anything to stop them… The failure haunts him to this day, a struggle only he truly knows the depths of.
Chivalry - ???: Only he knows what it is or was, and he seems keen not to share.
This is the shared custody one, the old man, and I have a lot to say. Brace yourselves and forgive me.

In 1980, Sanrio released a character named Peggy Pop, a lovable cool penguin with a flair for acting natural. He wasn't used very much, probably because Sam released the year prior… 5 years later, Peggy would gain another life as the mascot for Yamaichi Securities, one of Japan's largest (and oldest!) brokerage firms- apparently in the 80s, it was really at its peak. …In 1997, Yamaichi would be exposed for fraud through tobashi schemes (hiding losses by attributing them to something else), and the company would go under, rendering Peggy Pop defunct as well. …now you see why Perry here is the way he is, right?
I don't think Sanrio has many characters that can be considered defunct. There's Peggy as mentioned, but I can only think of two others; Tenshi no Bambina (who presumably isn't used because she might be too similar to Bambi, and Disney is Scary) and Cathy (who was accused of being too similar to Miffy). It makes for a very interesting premise for a Fragaria OC, though, a knight who is truly without a Lord. Perry keeps the memory of Peggy alive in his heart, but that memory is something he can't really share with others…
So now he lives in a two-bed apartment in Sam's kingdom and works in port security, making sure no suspicious customers get access to the rest of the Noir Continent. He's more or less adopted a kid (a knight to Bambina, who also fell victim to the SEEDs- they belong to the person I share custody of Perry with) and on the whole, his life is pretty quiet now…
