The messages shouldn’t have come as a surprise; especially not after Loki retreated to his home to escape her quickly growing roster of house guests. Still, it had been quite some time since he and young Miss Chaste had spoken. He was to blame on that particular front though. Certain other things had captured his attention over the last several months.

Staring at the screen of his phone, he frowned. Her request was understandable, but getting back the body she had crafted for him wasn’t going to be a walk in the park. He needed to know more before he could commit himself to such an errand.
