Sylvie had been here and there at the hospital. She found it really hard being there when things were so touch and go with Barney. But she knew that he needed her. When he had told her that he was leaving the next day, Sylvie knew that she had to be there. She smiled as she saw him, “Hey soldier.” Sylvie looked over at him, in his hospital bed, “Ready to go home?” She asked with a raise of an eyebrow. She couldn’t remember the last time she had been this worried about someone so it was such a huge relief that he was okay now.
