Ever have a day where you feel like an alien, an outsider? Or a week? Years? My monsters often feel like outsiders in their world because they still have to deal with that disconnect between appearance and inner reality. They can look weird, scary, creepy and even mean, but have very complex emotional and intellectual lives. Not everyone gets this, but if you're reading this, I'm pretty sure you do.
