Big step!
So, I took my first big step as a convert a few weeks ago, and I went to my local synagogue. I had emailed the rabbi about the intro to judaism class, but I was late for enrolment, even so, I’ve been going to shabbat services every Saturday. I thought I would be terrified, as a non-jew i thought I would stick out like a sore thumb. Well I did, but all that meant was people introducing themselves, sitting with me in service and helping me through it. I feel it has strengthened my relationship with Hashem, my connection to Judaism and it brings me so much joy :-)
