Suzie Costello has been handcuffed to the Mayor of Cardiff while investigating a crashed alien ship-- now, she's got to hide the fact that she's a Torchwood agent from Margaret Blaine while avoiding the police (Gwen and Andy cameo's abound) AND a certain Captain Jack Harkness who is in hot pursuit with Owen and Tosh at his heels, convinced that Suzie's been kidnapped by the alien they're chasing...
All while completely oblivious to the fact that Margaret Blaine is in fact Blon Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen... And that's the way Blon likes it.
Blon Fel-Fotch has fought long and hard to get where she is today, and she's NOT going to risk letting Torchwood ruin her plans after avoiding them for so long, so staying under their radar is a must... Even if it means playing nice with her unwitting partner in crime, an oblivious UFO enthusiast who has no clue of the real danger they're in from Torchwood...
Somehow mishap after mishap, near-miss after near-miss, Suzie and Blon both find themselves unwittingly find themselves starting to actually care about the other...
But neither of them are looking to make friends, they're better off on their own, just like always.
It's safer that way.
No friends means no one can hurt you.
