I'm having trouble titling myself. "Eclectic pagan" sounds too ignorant, as i do not just randomly grab a few gods or beliefs from here or there and am very careful about appropriation. I practice witchcraft and honor one god (Dionysus) and service one spirit (Baron Samedi), other than that, i don't really take anything from elsewhere. Do you know what sort of title would be fitting for me? :(

You could refer your relationships directly "servant of Baron Samedi" "devotee of Dionysus" "witch". but if it were me, I'd be loudly and publicly "Eclectic Pagan" though. It's really unfortunate that people with thoughtful mixed practices are running away from that label because it is associated (in the popular imagination) with negative practices.
If you need a different word, "syncretic" might work. It is often associated with blended deities these days (like Hermanubis, or Antinous-as-Dionysus) but in its origins it means "like the Cretan federation", referring to the diversity of that cosmopolitan society.
