Kyle has been the butler at Miss Robichaux's Academy since the disappearance of Spalding was killed, and he's quite good at his job. It's getting better for him as far as speaking goes, but he likes being quiet so no one asks him about it. The kids are, for the most part, understanding about him, but there are quite a few of them who are a bit bitchy, to put things simply. They liked to torment anyone that they could, and while the larger scars couldn't be seen when he was wearing his tux, the smaller ones on his fingers could, and they would ask him about them. He didn't ever answer, simply going about his job in the way Spalding had. Despite being a complete freak, Spalding was pretty admirable when it came to the way he did his job. Protecting the coven was important, and Kyle knows it.
The school has grown considerably since Cordelia was crowned Supreme, and not only are there witches in these halls, but there are warlocks. It leaves for some interesting situations-- as if the girls couldn't be enough trouble on their own. Kyle doesn't have much trouble out of the warlocks, and so he tends to linger around them more when Zoe isn't around. It gives him a sense of brotherhood-- the way his f r a t e r n i t y used to.
There is one warlock in particular who intrigues him. He has the gift of hemokinesis. Kyle is mostly interested in him because he's unsure of whether or not he has blood coursing through his veins. After all, the pieces they'd used to bring him back to life had been drained of all blood. He didn't really want the warlock to use his gift on him-- the thought frightened him-- but he was curious.
"Do... I have... b l o o d?"
