Yesss! Lots of hands on action! I think Raph wouldn't want to hold them at first. Mainly being scared he'd hurt them somehow. But with some of Mikey's reassuring words, Raph eventually holds them. And it just becomes a thing. Hell, maybe Casey starts being the lazy ass he is and wants Raph to pick him up, only for the soul purpose of putting him in the kitchen. I can also imagine April sitting on his plastron or shell, doing homework or just relaxing

Yes! Raph is just transport now and furniture lol. I can see him getting tired of moving Casey around though. As knowing Casey, he'd probably ask to be moved way too much. "Hey Raph! Can yo-" "Why don't you move y'er lazy ass on y'er own this time!" Which might start a small argument. I don't think Raph would mind April too much though. She is only sitting on his plastron/shell, so I don't think he'd get too annoyed at that
