Day 26: T 40
Scenario
Characters are separated at a busy party.
Characters: Keith and Lance from Voltron 2016. Anxiety attack mentioned
Keith sighs as he and Lance stand at the back of the party. Being newly named guardians of the galaxy was…an honor he guessed, but a party? Weren’t they supposed to protect the universe? Shouldn’t they be practicing? Lance nudges his arm. Keith glances up, blinking back into reality. “What?” He had to shout over the music. Lance nods toward a table with food and what Keith guessed was punch. “Want to get some punch?” Keith sighs and shrugs. “Guess we can…” They start shoving through the crowd and Keith watches Lance disappear in the crowd. Keith gets a little stuck and apologizes to someone. He looks back up and was surrounded, Lance nowhere in sight. He feels bodies pressing against him from all directions and curls into himself. “Lance?” He looks around and tries to push through the crowd. His breathing picks up. Too many people, no one looked familiar. “LANCE!!!” He is hyperventilating before someone touches his shoulder and pulls him out of the crowd. Keith whips around and sees Lance. Lance smiles and holds up some punch. “Sorry Keith. Come on, let’s go sit somewhere.” Keith accepts the punch and smiles a little. Lance wraps an arm around him to keep him comfortable so Keith can get his breathing back to normal as he leads him to a quiet corner.
