The safe house had been quiet that day. Jacket was settled on a couch in the living room, seated comfortably with his feet propped on the coffee table and a Game Boy in hand. He had a NES at home, and another NES in his room here at the safe house, and many of the games he had were the same on both the NES and the Game Boy. But he still liked to have the latter, for playing on-the-go, or sitting around and playing wherever he pleased, like now.
The volume on the device was turned all the way down, as Jacket rarely had the volume on while playing on the Game Boy. But even so, he was absorbed in the game and didn’t notice another presence in the room.
