I will classify my first day aboard the USS Normandy as fascinating. I will keep this brief, for I am rather exhausted. I have moved all of my belongings into my quarters and will start my regular routine and new duties as of tomorrow. I have met Captain T’Maire. I believe she will make a sufficient captain. After making my acquaintance with the Captain, I continued to survey the crewmen I will be associated with on our missions. Before I go to bed, I will meditate to calm the sudden arise of emotion within me. I believe the cause of this is the newness of being aboard a starship and the overwhelming amount of other life forms I have encountered today. T’Mar out.
