いや～乱世乱世。 色々忙しいやら身体はキツイやらで かなりストレスが溜まってきました。 無意識に歯をカチカチやってるんですね。 歯をカチカチしたり、歯ぎしりする人っていうのは ストレスがかなり溜まっている証拠。 歯を合わせるとストレス解消になりますので、 でもコレ習慣になると歯と歯茎がボロボロに なるので止めたほうがいい。 こういう時に効果的なゲームは対戦ゲームです。 短時間でパっと遊べて、 頭がスカッとする。 ただ、注意点としては30分以上やると 逆に遊びすぎちゃう。 超久しぶりにWoTがやりたくなりアップデート。 (more…)
