[train saga] bailey w. daehyun
Lee Seunghyun stood by the tracks with both his hands gripping tightly on the loose straps of his backpack, anxiously awaiting for the next train’s arrival. Peering down over the ledge to look at the rail, a smile forming at one end of his lips as he saw the headlights appear from the darkness, leaning back and stood up straight.
Jam-packed, pushing only comes natural in a train station, people stepping on each other’s foot that it caused a seemingly slightly older girl to almost trip over a duffle bag on the floor beside them. But before she could fall, both his hands quickly gripped on her shoulders and steadied her. For young Bailey, what he did was nothing, but for the girl, it was a big deal, insisting that she would repay his kindness.
At first, it was a simple ‘I’ll buy you lunch once we’re off’ but slowly, it transitioned to something more, making the dancer uncomfortable. She was all over him even as he sat down at the corner with his earphones plugged into both his ears, hands roaming through his upper body like she was his lover. And while Bailey is someone who is very vocal when it comes to things that displease him, words died from his lips, refusing to reprimand the female in public. He just settled for a frustrated sigh, directing his gaze over the opposite direction.
The eyes that met his were a dark hue of brown and Seunghyun can’t help but stare harder, recognizing the owner despite them being strangers. He didn’t knew how long his gaze pierced through the other before he felt a head lurching forward to him, getting so close that he could feel her breath against his neck. ‘Fuck off..’ he wanted to tell her, but still, he knows how to properly treat a girl not to do that. Bailey can just only hope that his train buddy for the past months could read through his exasperation, wishing that he would understand his cry for help after all the glances they exchanged throughout their train rides together.
