Concept

I went to and art show the other day and they had some pretty good pictures. Some were printed on metal which is pretty cool. But something that separated some photos from the others were two things. Concept and story telling. For me the best images are the ones that convey and emotion or some kind of story. Thinking of a consept, sticking to it, and working with it can help you create beautiful photos. I walked out of that exhibition reminding myself that I need to work on my story telling. That is something that will take my photography to the next level

Dream

It's always good practice to pre visualize your image. Once in awhile, even before you touch your camera, try to compose an image in your head. Think creatively about what's in the frame, what the subjective is, the kind of lighting. Having an idea about what you're image should look like or what you want it to look like will help you get to the final presentation.

Power tip #2

A Painters Canvas

Frame your images probably. Everything that is in your picture tells the story/emotion of the image. For a well composed photo all the elements must work together. Anything that doesn’t work, keep it out of the frame.

It can also help to minimize your composition. sometimes too much information can be distracting and pull attention away from your subject.
