I really missed him in the Halloween special of Hetalia The World Twinkle ¬¬, I don’t know why they didn’t put him... in the webmanga he had an importante role in this chapter.... D8). I think it’s due to the seiyuu, I guess Inoue-san had signed a contract for only one character... He voices Spain too... but, if i’m not wrong in Axis Powers 1st season Spain didn’t appear yet... 

This was THE episode of Herr Stick! yeah.  (Boris, Francis, Iggy and Gupta used Herr Stick XD (Actually Iggy and Francis used their hands D: D: ... still, Herr Stick had it’s 5 minutes of fame XD).
