"Use download manager" in "Add Download dialog" If you check (checked by default) Download the file using the download manager.
How to delete download manager history Download with Download Manager If that does n’t work, download manager history Let's delete it.
From “Settings” to “Apps & notifications” Tap "See all 〇〇 apps" Tap "Show system" from the top menu Open "Download Manager".
Tap “Storage”
Select “CLEAR DATA” and tap “OK”. This will clear the download manager history!
