A very interesting question! I've also wondered how a scenario would go if Yuu met Fortune (TABF Yuu) which honestly wouldn't be impossible cause pretty much anything is possible thanks to Quirk/magic shenanigans, which is why the girls wouldn't even be all that surprised about this happening considering what they're used to dealing with lol

I think after the initial surprise wore off the girls would be excited to meet each other, Yuu especially cause she gets to hang out with another girl lol 😂

After finding out that Fortune never left her original world, Yuu would be quick to ask about how Midoriya and All Might are doing, and Fortune would tell her all about them. Yuu would be so happy to hear that they're both doing well and so proud of Midoriya as well as so happy about him achieving his dream.

They would basically spend their time together talking about each other's lives. Fortune would talk all about her precious students while Yuu would go on about her adorable sons so there'd be lots of gushing and bragging lol

Yuu would also tell Fortune all about the Disney references in TW, so grateful for the opportunity to finally have someone to talk about all this craziness with, and Fortune would be astonished that such a crazy world actually exists.

Considering how they are, I doubt Yuu would talk about the overblots while Fortune would avoid talking about getting kidnapped by the LoV and everything else she has experienced since coming to UA so it'd be a positive, enjoyable conversation overall.

I was suddenly thinking back to the days of my BNHA obsession and I just want to say that Towards A Bright Future was such a big part of that! I remember going through each chapter so happy and so excited, and I just loved loved loved it so much! Sorry for only telling you now but I absolutely love your fics and the whole universe you created around Fortune. Hope you're having a great day!

Hi! I wanted to ask you something, based on my reread of TABF. Now that the BNHA manga is over and the anime has caught up to that part, how did Fortune react to the reveal that Yuga Aoyama was the UA Traitor and help him readjust/cope with it?

Honestly, I never decided how I should handle the Aoyama situation since things are so different from canon, meaning Aoyama could technically get away with not confessing that he's the traitor.

Considering everything that had happened cause of his actions and his guilt, I could understand why Aoyama wouldn't confess cause he'd be terrified of what would happen to him if the truth came to light, and most importantly, he'd be scared of Fortune hating him/being unable to forgive him.

So I dunno if this is a secret that comes to light or not. I had considered it in the past, but I can't decide lol

If Fortune was the find out, she'd be shocked, but she'd firmly believe that Aoyama was forced to be a traitor cause she trusts her students so she'd hear him out and ask him to tell her the whole story, and upon learning all the details, she'd forgive him cause he's just a kid who's a victim of his circumstances much like how she was during her cage-fighting days and she knows that he deeply regrets his actions, which leads to Aoyama bawling from relief.

She'd do whatever she could to help Aoyama readjust/cope and convince him to stay at UA where she believes he belongs.

Hi! If Fortune was to go to your home town and/or country with any of her students, what places and activities would you recommend?

Uh I don't really have a hometown since I moved around a lot as a kid, and I never lived anywhere particularly visit-worthy so I can't imagine Fortune ever going to any of those places lol

I've lived in the USA all my life, but it's so big that it's hard to pick places/activities. I don't really have any recommendations aside from visit any place that catches your interest lol

Happy Fourth of July! If Fortune and any of her students were in the USA during Fourth of July/Independence Day Weekend, how would they celebrate? What activities would they do?

Uh honestly I have no idea since I don't know what people visiting from outside of the USA do when they happen to be visiting during Independence Day. I'm just gonna assume they just play with fireworks and maybe have a cookout since I can't think of any other activities lol

Hi~! I was just wondering if anyone in My Hero Academia knew about Star Wars since a lot of the locations are localized versions of Star Wars place names? How do you think that Fortune would respond to a friendly alien person from A Galaxy Far Far Away? How shocked and/or pleasantly surprised would she be?

While I can't speak for actual canon series, Star Wars is a well-known movie in TABF. I actually had Fortune reference it in chapter 36 of the main story lol

I think Fortune, like most people, would be very surprised if she met an actual alien, although I wonder if she'd be able to recognize that they're an actual alien considering all the unique/out there appearances of canon characters lol

As far as how she'd respond, I'd say it'd entirely depend on the circumstances of the meeting, but overall, I think she'd have fun meeting someone who comes from a whole other planet since they're a friendly alien.

I know horror movies and horror games are off the table for Fortune, but what about horror analysis videos like Super Horror Bro or Game/Film Theory?

Hmmm I'm not familiar with those types of videos, but I'd say Fortune wouldn't wanna watch them cause she steers clear of pretty much anything involving horror lol But she might be able to watch those kinds of videos if she had to just as long as there aren't any jump scares.

The only exceptions I can make are like moves that have that a spooky element but aren't super scary and are child friendly like Haunted Mansion or The Nightmare Before Christmas.

And since she loves murder mysteries, she can handle those types of movies even when there's a serial killer on the loose lol The same can be said about video games that have those kinds of elements.

Basically, spooky~ is 👍but anything that Mumei could've used to give a child constant nighmares is 👎lol

What if Fortune got sent to the main timeline/alternate future where everything is proceeding how it was? Like... She arrived in the middle of the Dark Hero arc and saw Izuku facing off against the class and trying to escape when they want to bring him back. What would she do?

Hmmmm that's a good question.

Fortune would definitely want to do something after seeing such a painful sight, but at the same time, I think she'd be reluctant to get involved because she'd quickly figure out that this must be a world that she doesn't exist in since she doesn't think the 1-A students who have been under her care would act the same way these kids are acting, Midoriya and Bakugou especially since they change a lot thanks to her by this point in the timeline.

Another factor that supports Fortune's belief that she doesn't exist in this world are Momo/Hagakure's costumes, which are the same as they were at the beginning of the school year.

Considering how apocalyptic the main timeline looks by this point, Fortune would be reluctant to be reckless here since she really has no idea what's going on, and for all she knows, these 1-A students might see her as an enemy, especially if she acts overly familiar with them since that could come across as suspicious.

Since this isn't her world, Fortune wouldn't want to get too involved with it, especially when she's sure she won't be here too long since everyone back home would obviously be working hard to bring her back.

So, while Fortune would want nothing more than to help her students, Midoriya especially, I think she would stay out of their way and not interfere and instead spend her time in this world protecting civilians from the villains that are running loose since, while she knows she shouldn't interfere too much with this foreign world, she can't just sit back and do nothing.

This kinda idea would be a great opportunity to write more Vigilante Fortune, so I'd just have fun with that concept since Fortune has less restrictions in this world since it's not her own and it's gone to hell anyway lol
