"is lady shadow going to reprimand me next time i come round for bringing out for a long lunch?" beau asked, his tone teasing, as he slid into a booth at the diner and picked up a menu. he pretty much knew what he wanted, he usually had the same thing, but he felt like he should look at the menu. it felt rude not to.
