This assembly was spot welded together from 1.2mm (18 gauge) mild steel sheet and then powder coated. The assembly was a housing to hold a light fitting to a plaster ceiling.
"Thiefsbane;" my personal wallet. Welded out of some decently thick steel, and weighing over a pound when empty, this monster can survive being run over by a truck, or put a dent in a mugger's skull!
