Can we taco'bout all the love and support I got on my last post? 😜 seriously...I just posted it mostly to share more of my personal struggle but the amount of DM's and supportive messages filled my heart AS corny as that sounds. I love you! ❤️now...we can actually taco'bout these tacos 😉. #TacoQueen #TacosMyMuse - 🌮dEATs: ✔️2 @sietefoods almond flour tortillas ✔️shredded chicken (didn't measure) ✔️sautéed spinach ✔️1/4 cup red salsa of choice (mine came from farmers market) ✔️1/4 mashed avocado ✔️1 tbsp slivered almonds ✔️1 tbsp pomegranate seeds (do not knock til you try) ▶️mix the chicken with the salsa. ▶️ Serve everything into a taco. - ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ - Taquitos paleo de pollo con aguacate y granada 😍 - ✔️2 tortillas siete de almendra ✔️pollo deshebrado mezclado con 1/4 de taza de salsa (la que se use) ✔️espinaca salteada ✔️1/4 aguacate machacado ✔️1 cda almendra rebanadas ✔️1 cda de semillas de granada (at Oro Valley, Arizona)

I am so in love with my job!! And everyone I've met through it!!! Seriously, I can't even imagine working anywhere else, and I've met some of the most fun, interesting, kind, positive, and genuine people. ~ including the man I love ~ Incredibly glad/proud to say I've got a t flats fam for sure.
