Her words are firm, but fail to hold any malice. Just a hint of worry, and the unncessary grief which he had placed upon her heart. She would claim she held no favoritism; even towards family. And it was a lie at best. Her eyes always wondered to him when they battled ( mother and father would follow, but he would always be first; so young, so inexperienced- ). It was her job to keep them safe. Even at the sake of her own life, though she’d never tell them this.
A soft smile decorates her face as she pins the last of the gauze. Cleaning the wound had been easy enough. She’d make sure to give Naga an extra prayer for tonight that it wasn’t anyone skilled who had gone after him.
"You’re lucky it’s only a nick. It might sting a little for some time, but you’ll be alright. If you even think it looks like it’s getting infected you need to go to the healer.”
