Tadasana Method, Benefits and Precautions
Tadasana Method
To do Tadasana, stand up straight, keep your eyes facing towards the front, keep the arms straight from the waist, keep the paws of the feet slightly apart from each other.
Now keep your arms parallel to each other and slowly lift them up and bring them up to the shoulder.
When the hands come in the direction of the shoulders, then while breathing let the hands go up and by throwing the palms of the hands in each other, take the hands on the head. Your palms should be facing the sky.
While breathing, while lifting the arms above, lift the legs of the feet slightly and try to pull your body upwards.
Stay in this position for some time (about half to one minute) and then come back to normal.
Repeat this process a few times (5-6 times).
