Oh I am so sorry for your loss. Any death of a young person is senseless but a suicide is even more so. :(

i love naps but they screw up your night-time sleep :S

My sleep pattern has been messed up for a year now. I was on American time the whole summer and its been hard to get back to the way I used to be. I used to go asleep at 11 and be up at 7am.

I would nap more if my mum would let me haha she comes and wakes me saying I will be up all night but I just go back asleep till she wakes me up again lol
