It was ok actually, the people there all seem to suffer with some form of depression etc so you can mention things like having a bad day and not be judged or actually hear someone else talk about their experience(s) and sometimes there is advice .. that was a bit of a waffle sorry... yeah it was nice, although i accidentally broke the leg off of my giraffe sculpture and had to fix it :S.
