Maybe she’ll find one in the antique shop she frequents, sighing, her head looks towards the floor while her hands make circular motions as if she was drawing something.] But just remember you said you promised to teach me [/she said rather half-heartedly, still upset she was going to go to the store by herself.] How do I know what type of board to get [/she thought to herself. ]

[/raises an eyebrow] Your probably the first person I’ve met who enjoys to be pestered [/shrugs shoulders] Just don’t regret your decision! and I just know the basics, that not enough. [/chuckles at Jongin’s wink, she tugs on the sleeves of his shirt] So if I pester you enough will you take me to the place where you buy your skateboards? [/in whiney tone] Please please please please [/before letting go of his sleeves and moves hands in a circular motion as if she was using hypnosis] you will take sulli to the shop. [/before abruptly stopping] Else I promise you’ll never see a new skateboard till maybe a few years from name [/laughs]

18. Some Sad News

Sulli bit her lip, peeking up at Jongin, not quite sure just how to break the news. Hiding the broken skateboard behind her back, she puffed her cheeks as she wracked her brain for a perfectly legit reason to how she’d broken Jongin’s favorite skateboard. She hadn’t meant to, and she didn’t want to see Jongin angry, but how was one to explain or get away when the evidence was right in her hands. It was as if a four year old had embodied sulli at the moment, fidgeting and looking anywhere but at Jongin.

It’d all started with her stubbornness to learn how to skateboard, and when Jongin hadn’t been looking she’d secretly taken the skateboard on a little running spree down the road. Of course she knew Jongin would found out sooner or later, but she assumed that he’d be ok with her borrowing it for a while - presumably returning it one piece of course. But, her excitement had gotten the better of her, and once she’d mastered her balance on the board, she began trying all sorts of tricks. Success had ultimately gotten to her ego, causing her to try to railslide -everything had been good at first, she’d successfully slid down the railing but then she decided to try to land on a kickflip- and then thing went downhill. Landing at an odd angle, the skateboard broke under the impact and Sulli fell to the ground, rubbing her ankle. The pain in her ankle passed away quickly, but the broken skateboard laid there, staring at Sulli accusingly.

Opening her mouth to make an excuse, on second thought, she closed it again - an excuse would probably make the situation worst. Her feet drawing circles as her eyes looked toward the ground, she meekly said, “Jongin…I’m sorry but” puffing her cheeks she quickly said, “I took your skateboard and then and then…well, it broke.” Taking out the broken skateboard from behind her back, she closed her eyes, head down, unable to meet Jongin’s gaze. “I’m sorry!” she said again, hoping that he wouldn’t be too upset nor sad at the current state of his skateboard. Feeling guilty, Sulli bit the insides of her lip, unsure of how she could make it up to him.

Urban Zakapa - The First Day We Met.

[ ♕ ] "Do you remember that day? Although time passes by. It won’t change my promise to you."

Even if the relationship they had with one another was a bit odd, with the constant taunting and teasing one another whenever they were around. The words of promises slipped pass his lips one night. His hands were resting upon the surface of his lap, a simple nonchalant shrug as he looks out at the sky with the other besides him. "You know how we met right."

"Are you remembering like me now. Even the warmth of your eyes looking."

"Yeah what about?" She asked, a brow lifted up as she turns her head slowly to face him waiting for him to speak up again. "If anything goes wrong you'll tell me, right?" He mumbled in return, realizing how the first time they met was when some unknown stranger continued to follow her as if he wanted something from her - from there he just felt this sudden urge to protect her despite him not really showing it or saying it out loud.

"I will."

"Till this day you come to my dreams every night, Finding me day after day. Always with you, whispering in your ears."

Supposed she had dreams about the constant handful of people ganging up on her, surrounding her to the point where there was no escape and it always frightened her. So there they were once again, sitting besides one another or at least in front of one another. Her hand was lifted up, drenched in her own blood. Red seeping through the cuts as he wraps a bandage wrap around it carefully. Perhaps he came around later than he intended to, he's quietly blaming himself for it only to feel the woman's palm resting on the top of his head. He takes notice of the small smile on her lips only to hear the tiny whisper slip out afterwards.

"Thank you for finding me, again."

Jae had woken up in the morning feeling slightly disgusting, groggy from fullness and slightly grossed out from the remembrance of the amount of food she consumed the night before, and decided that it was finally time to hit up the gym again. She used to be a over-the-top frequent visitor of one of the private gyms in her area until work and life began to pick up. With a free day and absolutely no one around to bother her, she decided today was the perfect day to head to the gym and exercise that full feeling. She hadn't put any effort into anything that morning. Opting to take a quick shower, dress down to an extent she hadn't in a while, and nurse a cup of coffee as she slung her bag over her shoulder, grabbed her cell phone, and left the house. Forgoing the car drive out of want to start off the workout day on the right on and most importantly, savour her first cup of coffee that day, she hummed happily as she slowly started to wake up and began to properly enjoy the morning chill. Looking back on it, the walk was a bit longer than she remembered, but she had enjoyed the way the chill was the perfect offset to the warmth her body recieved from walking and taking time to appreciate the silence of the morning was something she hadn't done in far too long and as she rounded the corner, she hummed happily. She entered the gym and smiled at the familiar face of receptionist at the front desk, bowing and greeting the other formally. After making small talk briefly and taking the time to renew her membership early so she wouldn't forget, she made her way into the gym and sighed happily at how empty the gym was. She gripped the strap of her bag and glanced around, clicking her tongue slightly and wincing slightly as her tongue rings hit the roof of her mouth a bit harsher than she expected, trying to decide what to start with. With a sigh, she decided to go simple and make her way over to a treadmill. ‘Might as well start off small since it feels like forever since I've done this.’

"Are you scared of the dark?" Jongin blinked at the female tilting his head in curiosity.

She was scared of the dark but other things would haunt her too during night such as nightmares and cold. Living in a motel didn't really qualify as comfortable and good. "Ah...nightmares and dark." She offered the stranger a small smile and took a step forward. "Hello, sir."
