The thing is -

Once Buck gets over the initial embarrassment, it’s actually kind of cool to have a friend who knows the scene.

It’s actually kind of amazing.

Sure, Buck’s had friends in the scene before - regulars he’d exchanged nods and smiles with at clubs, doms he played with more than once. The community in LA is surprisingly small, so it’s easy to run into the same people often. He’s exchanged small talk at some of the theme nights, before he’d found himself a partner for the evening.

(He’s surprised, actually, that he and Eddie hadn’t run into each other in one of the clubs - and incredibly grateful about it).

I feel like I haven’t been online enough lately to be tagging anyone but please if you want to share something, go ahead!
