THE HAND | JUNGLE POCKET ANIMATIC
I wanted to make this animatic mainly to show more of Jungle Pocket’s characterization of her career that not many people know about outside the movie.
Career spoilers:
If im correct, out of all of JAMD… Pokke witnessed everyone leaving her. Her first rival Tsuzuki (Basically Tagano Teio) retired before they gotten to race again, the first person she ever beat and saw as a equal before Tachyon. (This au, Tsuzuki passed) And then everyone else retired/changed paths. Later on in senior year, Pokke started to deteriorate as she became too strong to the point her body could not meet that strength and sadly the treatment for it was only overseas, out of her access.
She really went through a lot of hardships and so this is my love letter for her.
