We got the jazz - Out of all the music Cape Town has to offer, Jazz is of the highest quality. There is a group of young jazz musicians who consistently blow me away each time I hear them play. And then they turn things up a notch. Bokani Dyer and his Swiss Quintet finished there Cape Town tour with a free gig at Tagore's, an Observatory staple, last night. It was so packed (granted its tiny) that people were listening from the street outside. I'm glad I squeezed my way in.
