Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet keto-friendly chili seasoning mix. 1 cup diced tomatoes, drained. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sour cream. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium-low heat until it turns brown. Get rid of extra fat. Chili seasoning mix and tomato chunks should be added to the cooked beef. Give it a good stir, and cook for 5 minutes. Spread out the cooked chili beef mixture in a serving dish. Cracked cheddar cheese, chopped red onion, green bell pepper, and black olives should be put on top of the chili layer. Add some sour cream and chopped fresh cilantro on top.
