To Tails: When you feel a certain emotion, but, you don’t tell anyone about it, can Sonic and the others still tell what’s bothering you?

"I try and be myyystterrious~ but my friends can usually see straight through it."

"Specifically... I was trying to hide my--slight, totally normal attraction to a really cute marketeer, go-getting, career-orientated shop girl... who's also a really sweet fox--and my friends saw right through my carefully disguised pining!"

To Boom!Tails: why do you think that, according to Amy and Sticks at least, your attempts at acting "tough and formidable" only makes you even more adorable?

“Cause women like to ridicule men?”

“I mean... there’s the slight possibility that some girls see small boys who enjoy Hello Doggy figurines as possibly sensitive and vulnerable to pure, good things attractive and honorable?”

(I know this is much prompt-like as they seldom interact in the games but here's it goes) To Amy and Tails: what do you like more about each other, what are your most disliked flaws about the other and if the other asked you to help him/her overcome one of their flaws how would you help? (I love their friendship)

“Huh? Amy? I guess that’s hard to say... I know I like how nice and helpful she can be. She can be there for you when you really need someone, sometimes. But then again... Her hammer is pretty intimidating... so its nice she’s not always angry all the time either. She’s pretty cheerful now that I think about it.”

“Why do I feel like that has a double meaning?”

“-Sigh- Well, there’s lot of good things about Tails. It’s embarassing to say that most of the time, my full attention is on Sonic... but Tails and I have had moments together where I can see he’s really resourceful and cares about how you’re doing and feeling. I don’t really get that from Sonic sometimes... he can be so quiet and mysterious... but Tails lets you know how he feels and then asks about you. I think he’s really caring as well. We make a good team.”

“We sure do. Hey, speaking of which, let’s go watch a movie or just hang out and stuff! This might be a good reminder to spend more time together!”

“Ah! You mean it? Even if my hammer intimidates you?”

“Well... You don’t want to admit it, but I bet you’re probably jealous of all the time I spend with Sonic, right?”

“Erk... I wouldn’t say jealous, but...”

“That’s why we deserve a day! Just us two. I promise to not complain!”

“Implying... that he does?”

“Gah... Nevermind. Let’s just watch that one show we both like... You know, the one I’d never tell Sonic?”

“The romantic tv show with your favorite girl band starring in it? Your guilty pass time? I love that show!”

“P-please keep that between us...”

“D’aw, Tails. I love this! This is nice.” -Amy Rose  “Yeah... but I still think Mark should be with Sam. Sam’s just the girl for him, you know?” -Tails.

-They then get into a deep conversation about who should end up with who on the show. lol-

To Boom Tails : Why did you gave Sonic a mischievous smirk while he was defending himself of mighton and bolt's accusations of Amy being his girlfriend?

“Riiight, because you DIDN’T want to hear him struggle. I may be his best friend, his right-hand man, and overall indispensable wingman- but even I like to see him try and wiggle himself out of social confrontations. How do you like it, Sonic? ‘Play cool’ out of this one.”

(Sonic picks on Tails sometimes for being insecure or not upfront with people. So I would definitely see this as his reaction. My personal opinion is that Tails does wonder about that and just knew Sonic would try and get out of the question… but I also wonder if Tails thinks the same as those two..?)

TO TAILS: You still scared of lightning?

“I-I-It’s not that bad… it can’t hurt me! I have no metal conductors but have ensured safety protocols and-”

“NOPE!”

To Tails: how did you convinced Sonic let you be his sidekick for the first time? (if you don't understand I think that the 8 bit version of Sonic 2 (where Tails is a distressed dude) is Canon and happens before the version everybody knows)

“W-well.. although I’ve met up with Sonic many times, I remember seeing Sonic for the first time and proving I could keep up with him. I wasn’t very confident due to being bullied a lot… but Sonic… he didn’t judge me. I even fixed up his plane and he didn’t mind at all! I admired him… and I realized that as long as I can keep up… I could help him with more than just his plane! He taught me something… something I don’t even think he meant too… but…”

“That I can be just as much a hero as Sonic is! I just have to believe in myself and in Sonic! Sonic never called me a ‘sidekick’, I’m his friend! I just… well, I stick around! There wasn’t ever really any convincing. Just… keep up!”

To Tails: How come I can still see your tails when you spindash? Shouldn’t they roll with you?

“Actually, what you’re seeing is an illusion of the eyes.”

“So, your eyes are filled with Cones and Rods. Cones help identify color while Rods help you with motion. Boys have more rods and girls have more cones in their eyes, that’s why you see little boys drawing large, epic battle scenes involving some sort of dinosaur or Godzilla; and little girls drawing with lots of vibrant colors and flowers or something in their artworks!”

“Upon slower motion, your eyes are seeing what your mind perceives as two tails. Which is correct! Haha! But when I pick up the momentum, suddenly they blur and motion becomes a bit trickier to identify for your brain.”

“The signals are just like when you wag your index finger really fast in front of yourself! Did you know-! You can see the motion of an object from the corner of your eye before you can tell what color it is? That’s because more Rods line the surroundings of your peripheral vision then cones do. Cool, right!?”

“So when I curl up– HYAH!”

“My tails flop out of the ball-shape because I curl inward, and not outward. So they freely spin around me, but to your eyes, it looks like they’re in one place. That’s how fast I’m going! Like a tire effect!”

“And that’s science! Tail science! haha! I made a pun! That’s just punny.”
