Yeah me too. I’m actually going to a Irving Berlin concert tonight, and I’m hoping to go to a “cotton club” concert in june. Songs from that era are often clever and bittersweet. Fun with a bite.

You’re right about that. They’re not at all how I expected them to be. I never really gave that era a chance because the music just sounds so different from what I’m used to but yeah, there are a lot of really great old songs out there. I hope you have a great time at the concert!

No one cared until he went grey. Which is middle aged white man privilege in hollywood right there. He basically stole Cary Grant's shtick and no one says a thing. He also looks like he wears dentures. And he hangs with Gerbers. I don't get it.

I’d be happy if she could have just closed her mouth once and a while. But nope. And the vacant stare was second rate in a show that specialises in blue steel looks rather than dialogue.

But that's her entire repertoire. Without her mouth agape and signature blank stare, there isn't much left.

If this is who I think your talking about. This is my main sticking point. She can't act. I think she was meant to be a background character in season 2 and that's it. I don't understand why she was kept for 5 seasons. She didn't have the chops.

She's a walking and unfortunately singing Anti Acting 101 class. You can tell the writers and director tried to take into consideration her talent level - excuse me I just busted out laughing using the word "talent" - but all was for naught. There was no saving that mess.

See I never liked Beth - because what was there to like? She was wallpaper. But I admit I know nothing about Emily Kinney other than she sings and Carylers think she is a brat. I feel neutral about her. She’s like beige to me.

I hear ya but it's time for me to put her on my official list of people I can't stand. She's not high on the list but she's there.

After their bottle ep, I kind of gave up hope. It seemed like they were cementing the BFF vibe. And now Daryl will be caught up in grief for a girl he barely talked to. TLDR: I’ve lost faith. But thigh action would be awesome, yes?

Those who shall not be named have been wrong on almost every damn thing, so it makes sense (at least to my mind) that they're wrong about this too. Caryl's bottle episode actually gave me hope. No, I didn't feel sexual tension but the level of intimacy was awesomely shocking. I read the spoiler synopsis before watching the episode and I had prepared my shipper heart for disappointment. The opposite happened.
