He has phenomenal time management skills, so it may take him a minute to realize you're struggling.
When he does realize, he is ON IT.
If you're stressed out due to a overwhelming workload, he'll help you out finishing it and how to manage your work.
If you're stressed out due to other things (family, friends, etc.) He would try to help you out as much as he can and if he can't help, he'll give you affection.
Even though he's not that used to it, he'd be willing to just spend the day inside snuggling with you if you need it.
