Running through an uphill slope is quite uncomfortable. There's resistance to speed, challenge to the efforts. Sweat, pains & discomfort, feel more real. Negative thoughts, sensation of giving up, sometimes even visit.
But there is no way, but to face them during the runs. Persistently trying to avoid them through different routes, makes one admit that he/she chooses to stay less.
In every uphill, there is a downhill, an experience awaiting, the exhilirating feeling and joy of letting go.
As I strive running forward the path ahead of me, help me be mindful of these. To strive enduring the difficulties of the uphill route ahead; to be always reminded, that there is always something greater after all of these.
