Dk how zayn expects to get nominated when he does absolutely no promo like he promoted the hp game more than his album and that’s fine but the music industry is all about how well u can market ur work and if you don’t do it u can’t expect to get huge awards and stuff
well yes you have to stand behind your music and make sure it’s out there, but I think it’s clear that sometimes knowing the right people is ALL that matters for the Grammys when... it shouldn’t be about that ? and it’s not even selling it to the public, you have to sell it to the academy itself. Potentially zayn could’ve been absolutely silent about his album but done lots of stuff behind the scenes to make sure the right people considered him, clearly he’s done neither of those things but he still has a point djskdnksndmd
