2365. Kyd Wykkyd uses sign language more often than not when it comes to communicating. HIVE was accommodating, and when he was paired up with the HIVE Five, they instantly took to learning it so he wouldn't feel left out. Mammoth still struggles with it, though with the help of other members- usually Jinx before she left- he managed to understand Kyd well enough. He's still not very open to communicating, so viewers of the show rarely saw this.

Everybody has some kind of scar. Send me a ✗ to hear about a physical scar my character has, or a ✧ to hear about an emotional/mental scar.

When Jinx was around the age of five, while she was still living in the orphanage and not yet aware of her powers she did attract much  bad luck to herself and other around her. This began the taunting of her being a ‘Jinx’ and bad luck. All in all because she never had a name when she went into the orphanage the name Jinx ended up sticking with her, and it tortures her whenever she hears someone mockingly call her name, or even teasingly call her ‘Jinx’ chances are she can snap for a second before running off and won’t be found for hours, to a day at most.

Because of her different appearance Jinx was constantly bullied, and isolated when she was younger. Said bullying is the  cause for Jinx’s self-conscious behavior when it comes to her appearance and why she tends to carry her glamour charm around with her everywhere. This is also the reason Jinx tends to deny any compliments regarding her appearance, feeling that she is none of the words spoken toward or about her.

She learned at an early age that if she ever wanted to be noticed by anywhere she had to get things done right the first time, or nothing else. She learned this because she quickly noticed when she entered Dark Way Prep, that if she didn’t do it right she’d be ignored or instantly dismissed. So she’d do whatever she could to please the one judging her, this has however pushed her to seek others approval more than she’d like to admit. On top of it all she witnessed what a failure could mean, her life. As the years went on and she went through the H.I.V.E. schools she noticed how little of her classmates continued on with her after final exams, and has actually witnessed some of them failing their exams.
