TALLULAH MARDSEN - MUGGLEBORN - ALICIA VIKANDER - TAKEN AUROR TRAINEE

Born to Muggle parents in Nottingham, Tallulah “Lulu” Marsden moved to Bristol when she was five-years-old. The youngest sibling of four, and the only girl, Lulu grew up pretty tough. Her primary school teachers often reported that she had a ‘tendency to act without thinking’ and though it got better as she grew up, this tendency has always remained somewhat. AS a child she did also have a talent for magically getting out of the scraps she got herself into as well. Her parents were a  little surprised when a middle-aged woman claiming to be a witch showed up at their door and claimed their daughter was a witch too. But, they couldn’t deny the strange goings-on of their home did always centre around Lulu. She thought the whole thing was absolutely wicked.

So Tallulah went to Hogwarts, and while she missed her family, she settled pretty quickly. Sorted into Gruyffindor, she discovered a passion for Quidditch, despite falling when she snuck one of the school brooms down to pitch to practice. It was at this point discovered she was allergic to bone healing potions, another trouble she brought - because she seemed to get injured quite a bit after becoming beater for the Quidditch team.

She grew older and developed a deeper interest in Defence Against the Dark Arts, but it wasn’t until OWL year, when she discovered the career path of Auror, that she actually got her head down and started to work a lot harder. She even got herself a tutor in the year above and ended up passing all subjects surprisingly well, and carrying on the five required NEWTs.

On achieving three O’s and two E’s, she had intended to apply to the Auror training scheme straight away, but withdrew her application when personal tragedy struck and two of her brothers were killed in a car crash. It seemed innocent, but Tallulah still wonders slightly if Dark Magic was involved. After taking some time for herself, she resubmitted her application and got through the screening process, her temperament from school having settled slightly in the years since her brothers’ death. Tallulah joined the Order of the Phoenix at the first opportunity.

Biography

Charlus and Dorea Potter spent years trying to have a child, but eventually accepted that it wouldn’t happen.  Late in the summer of 1959, Dorea Potter started to become ill and it didn’t take her long to realize that even though she was older than a lot of people, she was pregnant.  On March 27, 1960, she gave birth to a baby boy, who they named James Charlus Potter.  Although they were older parents, they both still actively worked as aurors for the Ministry of Magic.Due to the fact that they spent the first few years busy with work, James was mostly raised by their house elf.  They didn’t ignore their son though. They loved him as much as two parents could, showering him with all sorts of gifts and a lavish lifestyle, being that they were wealthy.  As they grew older and finally retired, they still continued to not deny their son anything that he wanted and that produced a son that while he had a kind heart and protectiveness for his longtime best friend Marlene McKinnon, he was starting to grow rather spoiled.

When James turned 11, he didn’t wonder if his acceptance letter to Hogwarts would come. He knew that it would. He also was confident that he would be sorted into Gryffindor. His parents were both Gryffindor and James had every quality that is frequently found in Gryffindors. He was brave, almost to the point of being reckless and had the many injuries from his many adventures to prove it.  James was determined to do something great at Hogwarts, and despite the fact that they weren’t allowed, he snuck his best broom to Hogwarts with him.  Once arriving on the train, he met a boy, who seemed like he was pretty cool, even if he was one of those people that was obviously from a family driven by blood purity.  But the two boys clicked instantly, almost finishing each other’s sentences from the start.  About halfway through their journey, they set out on an adventure and found themselves entering a compartment where an annoyingly greasy head boy and a red haired girl that made James stomach feel funny were.

It didn’t take long for the two boy to sit down and James found himself striking up a conversation, introducing himself to the girl, who he learned was named Lily.  He didn’t like girls yet, but he was finding that he didn’t find things one gross.  But then her friend spoke again and James eyes narrowed at the other boy, and before he had realized it, he and his new friend, Sirius Black were ridiculing the boy and James was leading them doing so, although Sirius was holding his own too. James noticed that the girl defended the annoying boy, and he couldn’t help but roll his eyes.  There was nothing about this boy that intrigued him and he decided then, he was going to make his life as much hell as possible. He’d never been someone to bully anyone, but was finding that he actually enjoyed it, a little bit

As he had predicted, James was sorted into Gryffindor without the Sorting Hat giving it much thought, and he quickly met Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew. James, Sirius, and the two other boys quickly became inseparable and they quickly developed a popularity, within their year, that would eventually grow to the whole school.  Early in second year, James had been noticing more and more that Remus continued to disappear.  After grabbing his invisibility cloak that his father gave him before leaving for Hogwarts, he followed him out and that was when James discovered that Remus had a secret: He was a werewolf.  James had been stunned and didn’t know how to handle it, in the least.  But the one thing that he did know was that Remus was his friend.  After not speaking of it to anyone, he had spent the next day in the library and while Remus was still recovering, James went to Sirius and Peter with an idea. They would become animagi and do what they could to help protect Remus during his transformations.  James knew that transfigurations was something that they needed to excel in and he was at the top of their year already.

When he went to Remus, Remus was determined that he didn’t need anyone to help him but James wasn’t convinced. He wanted to help his friend and wasn’t going to take no for an answer.  As the Marauders continued to rise in popularity and pranks, which did include James and Sirius bullying people, particularly Snape, they worked hard and during fifth year finally achieved their goal. James could transform into a full size Stag that would help guard Remus and keep him safe.  As James’ popularity grew, his ego continued to grow and it didn’t help that he excelled at everything that he did.   He quickly rose to be one of the best Quidditch Chasers Hogwarts had ever seen and impressed girls in all directions, except for the one he wanted to impress: Lily Evans.

James hatred for Snape continued to grow, the more Lily continued to reject him and James and Sirius took great pleasure in making the boy suffer. It wasn’t long until James was learning to turn Snape’s hexes against him and he took great pleasure in it, even if he continued to ask Lily to go out with him and she continued to reject him.  But it all came to a head in the spring of their fifth year.  James had gathered his fellow Gryffindors out at the Lake, and as Sirius encouraged it, James hung Snape upside down by his trousers, quite enjoying the boy’s public humiliation.

A part of his arrogance faltered when Lily defended Snape and he released the hex on him, as he fell to the ground. James told Lily that he’d leave Snape alone if she went out with him.  Snape, in all of his embarrassment, then called Snape the worst thing that someone could call a muggleborn and James seethed with anger.  But despite the fact that he was angry, he felt genuinely sorry that Lily had been hurt and he tried to find her later, even if she didn’t want to talk to him.

The summer before their sixth year was one that James couldn’t forget.   On a particularly stormy night when James was still grounded for the incident at the Lake with Snape, there was a banging on their door.  As his mum answered it, he saw his best friend on the other side. But this wasn’t the arrogant Sirius that mirrored James’ ways. He was broken and beaten and James heart broke for his friend, moving to hug him and offered him some alcohol and a cigarette that his mother had narrowed her eyes, when she saw.  It hadn’t atken long for James ailing father, to make his way downstairs and tell the boys that it was settled: Sirius would live with them now and was family.  James had always thought of SIrius as a brother, but now he truly was James’ brother.  James and Sirius spent most of the summer thinking about pranks and finding more girls than they could count.  They were both eager to get back, but there was a part of James that was scared to leave his ailing parents., especially his father who wasn’t doing well.

Although most people didn’t become Captain of the Quidditch team until seventh year, James was made Captain at the start of his sixth year.  As sixth year unfolded, James continued to ask Lily out and she continued to reject him. He still spent his time hexing Snape when he could, partly because he was still mad that he had hurt Lily the way he had.  But one night during Remus’ transformation, Sirius took it too far and lured Snape to the Weeping Willow, so that Remus could get rid of him once and for all, while a werewolf. James found out about the plan and even though he hated Snape more than he hated anyone, he stopped it and at the last minute, he saved his life.  Late in the spring of sixth year, James received word that his father had passed away from the wizarding illness he had been suffering from. There was a numbness in James that he couldn’t begin to express, and he hadn’t said anything to anyone for weeks. Lily being the kindhearted person she was, had found him and they had spent all night talking. James wasn’t James Potter, the popular Marauder in that moment.  He was simply James and he was broken at the fact, that his father who was his biggest role model was gone.

The summer between sixth and seventh year was one that changed James Potter’s life completely.  His mother’s health had been growing worse since his father died and James worried that he was going to lose her too.  As he started to prepare for his seventh year, he received a hefty owl from Dumbledore. Sirius watched as James opened it and they both widened their eyes and fell to the ground in amused shock.  James Potter had been named Head Boy. A year ago, James would have owled Lily to boast, but he chose to say nothing about it, despite the fact that she’d owled him several times to make sure he was okay, while still maintaining that she didn’t like him.  The night before he returned to Hogwarts, his mother called him to her room and had a talk with him about deflating his head, and growing into the man she knew he could be.  James loved his popularity and who he was but his mother’s word had set in and he began to wonder if she was right, if he was capable of more. As he arrived on the train, he pinned his new badge to his robes and moved into the compartment for the prefect meeting. Wide eyed green eyes met his hazel ones, and Lily realized that James Potter of all people was Head Boy.  

As the time went on, James started spending more time with Lily and a fight with her ended in them kissing changed it all. They finally started dating and eventually, fell completely in love with each other. Spending time apart wasn’t something that either of them enjoyed, and things were going well. Things got tense when James lost his mother in the spring, but they managed to get through it and are stronger than ever. James received a Quidditch offer toward the end of the year but ultimately turned it down in favor or something Dumbledore had talked to him about, one day.  Dumbledore had called James in his office and told him about a resistance that he was forming against the growing conflict in the Wizarding World. It was called the Order of the Phoenix. James didn’t hesitate, nor did he hesitate to offer anything the Order would need financially.

Upon leaving Hogwarts, James and Lily moved in together and he spends most of his days helping getting the Order on his feet with Dumbledore and Alastor Moody, and his evenings with his best friends and of course with Lily.  He knows this war is going to be tough, but he’s willing to do whatever it takes. Failure is never an option for James Potter, and he just may be thinking about popping a certain question to his girlfriend soon.

AISLINN COLLINS - MUGGLEBORN - TATIANA MASLANY - TAKEN POTIONS ASSISTANT

Aislinn, who goes by Ash, was raised in muggle foster care after she was abandoned by her parents at the train station as a baby.  She recently found out who her parents were and why her mother abandoned her.  She is muggle born.  As a child, she frequently ran away from her foster homes and spent most of her time on the streets.  However, her childhood friend, Rowan was the one bright spot in her life.  They learned how to fight together and survive on the streets, the two were nearly inseparable.  However, when Ash was 9 and Rowan was 11, he disappeared and she wouldn’t see him for two more years.  She had no real childhood, but she was a tough kid, a survivor.  It was on one of the occasions that she had run away from her foster family and had been sleeping in a dark alley between the folds of a cardboard box, when the owl delivered her letter from Hogwarts.  

Despite thinking that the letter had to be bullshit and she was stupid to believe in magic and the sort, she very stupidly found herself scribbling on the letter “I accept but don’t know how to buy all of the supplies.”  She gave the owl the letter and the owl took off.  Thinking the whole thing had been a dream or something, Aislinn went back to sleep.  She was awoken the next morning by a grim looking Minerva McGonagall who spent a lot of time tsking about how dirty Aislinn was and where she was sleeping.  She explained that Hogwarts was real, that Aislinn was a witch and that she could attend Hogwarts and the school would provide a scholarship fund to pay for her supplies.  

McGonagall took Aislinn to Diagon alley and helped her purchase all of the things she would need for her first year at Hogwarts.  Including a wand that was made of maple wood with a dragon core, 12.5 inches long and supple.  And McGonagall even added 9 galleons to the fund so that Aislinn could purchase a black cat that would be a trusted companion for years to come.  Once the day was over, Aislinn thought she would be returned to that alley in muggle London, but instead she was brought to a family McGonagall knew.  The arrangement was only temporary until the start of school.  

Once school started, the sorting hat was placed on her head and the hat sat silently on her head for minutes to come.  She thought maybe the hat would spout out that she wasn’t a witch and she was an imposter and couldn’t be sorted, but after agonizingly silent minutes ticked by the hat finally yelled out “GRYFFINDOR!”  Aislinn was sorted into Gryffindor.  At first she was happy with the sorting, everybody seemed friendly enough, but there would be times when she worried that maybe the hat got it wrong.  

Ash was also very surprised to find that Rowan was there at Hogwarts and in Gryffindor.  She was upset with him for leaving her and not telling her about Hogwarts or anything about his life.  But she forgave them and the two were thick as thieves once again.  

As a student a Hogwarts, Aislinn was often bullied.  She couldn’t answer questions about her blood purity or her parents or anything that other students might have wondered about her.  

Ash was guarded and didn’t make friends easily. But among her friends, the people she held dear to her were Rowan, Lyra, and Cecilia. They were the people she trusted and let in past her walls and defenses.

Additionally  she got into fights occasionally.  Not just fights with magic, but physical fights too.  She spent a lot of time getting disapproving looks from McGonagall and Dumbledore.  And many times she worried that the next time she landed in their office, she would get kicked out.  But it never came.   Her best subjects were Defense Against the Dark Arts and Potions.  Nobody was more surprised than her.  But she really enjoyed potion brewing and she had a natural ability to do so.

During the holiday breaks, Aislinn stayed at the castle.  But when summer came and everybody returned home, Ash felt like she had no place to go.  But the couple, the one who McGonagall had taken her to stay with before the first year started, were happy to take Aislinn in.  She never became too close to them, but she always appreciated the kindness they showed her.  They became like a foster family to her, but unlike the muggle families they had never demanded anything of her for the care and protection they offered her.  They were good people.  To this day, she still goes back to visit them for holidays and birthdays. They still correspond frequently and they are the closest thing she ever had to real parents.  

When she was 16 and Rowan was 18, he left Hogwarts and that would be the last she saw of him for ten years.  It broke her heart and she missed him terribly, but she was a survivor and she would survive without him.  But life at Hogwarts without Rowan had been hard for Ash.  

After she left Hogwarts, she became a professional brewer, making potions for wealthy families.  But her skill in potion brewing brought the wrong kind of attention to her.  A certain dark wizard wanted her recruited.  But Dumbledore got to her first, offering her a position as the potions professor.  The offer came right after Ash had been attacked by a hooded figure as she walked home one night.  The event scared her and she was only too happy to accept Dumbledore’s offer.  But that wasn’t the only reason why she took the position.  Hogwarts had been such an important part of her life, that she wanted to give back and she wanted to inspire other students the way she had been inspired.   There are also a few familiar faces among the teachers. Including Rowan, who is now the Groundskeeper and who she has not seen in ten years.  Just when they had started rekindling their friendship and maybe finding it was a little more than friendship, Rowan abandoned her for the third and final time.  One day he was there, the next he was gone, nothing but a piece of parchment where he he scribbled a “Sorry.  Don’t hate me.” and had left it for her to find.   Rowan had abandoned her again, just like her mother had abandoned her at the train station as a newborn baby.  Recently Ash tracked down her birth parents, finding them in muggle London.  She found out that her mother and father were both Muggles who did not know anything about the wizard world. Her father didn’t even know Ash existed because her mother had kept it a secret from him. Ash is keeping that information secret, not willing to tell anyone she doesn’t trust, for fear that she will become the new target for death eaters.   While Ash has the ability to be charismatic, if she tried, she finds it safer to keep her guard up than to risk being hurt.  Another thing to note about Aislinn is that the lines are blurred between dark and light for her.  Some of her actions might be as morally questionable. She just doesn’t see every action as being good or bad, black or white.  She thinks everything in terms of shades of grey.

MARCUS MCKINNON - PUREBLOOD - CHARLIE HUNNAM TAKEN

Marcus Mckinnon, the oldest of the McKinnon siblings, has always been rough around the edges, in spite of the fact that he was the first of all his siblings to settle down.  He married his first girlfriend at the age of 18, and left the wizarding world for the muggle world not long after that. In the muggle world, he made quite the name for himself, but it wasn’t the name that he had made in popularity while at Hogwarts.  He found himself caught up in a dangerous life, with a muggle motorbike club, that got him into more trouble than he’d ever imagined. He grew up in a close knit family, close to younger siblings: Matthew and Marlene, and was attached at the hip with best friends: Roy Greengrass and Lyra Prince.  As the life he was caught up in consumed him more, he found himself doubting himself as a husband to wife of ten years Juliette and as a father to his two young sons: Marcus Jr. and William. As time went on, he started to come home less and less. But, it was always his best friend Lyra Prince, who managed to ground him and help pull him back to what mattered most. After a while, he decided that it was time to get away from it all, and he and Juliette, committed to try to work on their marriage and moved back to the wizarding world.   But, that was not to be case, as sometime in the process, death eaters got a hold of her and switched her with someone, another woman using polyjuice. The reason is unknown to this day, but her ‘death’ broke Marcus into a million pieces and he became a shell of the man he once was.

Back in the wizarding world, he struggled with single parenting, often disappearing back into his dangerous life for days at a time, with Lyra having to pull him back more than once. Over the months, the two grew closer, but knew that they couldn’t take it too far, out of fear that their friendship would be destroyed and Marcus was not ready for that sort of a connection emotionally with anyone. During this time, he also trained to become an Auror. Once he had become a full Auror, his orders were clear. He was to infiltrate Hogwarts, under the guise of being the new Defence against the Dark Arts professor. Marcus McKinnon was far from the ideal professor and as he started to feel more and more connected to his best friend, he sought an outlet to escape those feelings, one would eventually cause a slight rift between the two friends, and put a stop to whatever could be happening with them both. As he watched her grow closer to their other best friend, he continued to lose himself in more and more women, eventually convincing himself that he had only ever thought of her as a friend, and poured himself head first into trying to expose the darkness that was trying to worm itself in Hogwarts. Professional and personal life merged completely in late April, when the Arithmancy Professor was murdered, and Marcus found out that Lyra was in danger. It was then that the feelings could no longer be denied, and they both found themselves unable to stop what was happening between them and for the first time, they both admitted they didn’t want to.

Things were going right in Marcus’ life for the first time in a long time. He was still trying to keep Hogwarts safe, protect Lyra from threats from the death eaters and figure out how the hell to be a professor. But, he also had found out that they were expecting a child and he knew that eventually, she would be the one he would spend his life with, because, she was a perfect mother to his boys and she helped him see what it meant to fall in love again. But nothing can remain the same for too long and The Department finally caught on to what happened with his wife and Juliette was rescued and brought back.  Now Marcus faces the difficult trials on a daily basis of how to help the woman he loved for over a decade but no longer is in love with, how to make the one he is in love with and wants to marry feel secure, how to help keep the war under control as an Auror, and that small fact that in the middle of war, he is expecting twins shortly after Christmas.  Come September, he’ll be at Hogwarts in a new capacity, but will still serve as the Auror sent to protect the school, with the war outside the walls of Hogwarts growing worse everyday and Voldemort’s army continuing to grow, even inside Hogwarts. All he can do is do the best he can, but sometimes the pressure of it all gets to him.

Background:

Azelma is the eldest child of Anthony and Megan Goldstein (neé Jones). She has three younger siblings, her twin brother Aaron who is no less than six minutes younger than her, as well as Luke and Helena. Azelma began attending Hogwarts in 2013 and was sorted into Ravenclaw. She left the school two years ago and is now an alumni.  

Personality:

Throughout her life Azelma has shone with the confidence of the eldest child, yet she was never spoiled by her parents. Being a twin meant that she and her twin brother, Aaron, had to share Anthony and Megan’s newfound fascination for parenthood between them. However Azelma has never resented her parents or her twin for having to share; in fact it only made the bond between her and Aaron stronger. She was always quite a personality around Hogwarts and one of the most confident girls in the school. In this case at least she had a right to be. She was smart, happy and caring so nobody had much of a reason to refuse her thirst for a good time. Despite Aaron’s arrogance, the siblings are relatively similar in personalities. Having a constant companion since birth has encouraged the twins to have a playful personality. Both are the happy go lucky type and take life one step at a time. Azelma has always had a fascination for life. She takes it in her stride to do things in the best way she possibly can which is why she has always thrived both in and out of Hogwarts. She is incredibly inquisitive and likes to know things, especially things that involve her siblings. Luke, her younger brother, is the biggest victim of her curiosity. She constantly questions him about his love life which usually ends on the subject of Dominique Weasley. While this may be seen as nosey, it is merely harmless curiosity and Azelma always has good intentions. This keen nature has also helped her academically. Her thirst for knowledge was the main reason why she was constantly near the top of most of her classes, especially charms and potions. In class her hand would shoot up like a rocket every time, whenever the teacher asked “now, does anyone have any questions?” Additionally, Azelma is incredibly joyful. She is nearly always happy, not necessarily smiling at everything she sees but certainly has the look in her eye of someone who is having a good day. Now she is free from Hogwarts she has fewer things to worry about; not that she didn’t enjoy attending the school, but so much homework and exams left her unoccupied to have time to do the things she wants to do. However, her curiosity for things does sometimes get her into a spot of trouble. At Hogwarts, her peers learned to accept that she would always ask questions and in truth were quite thankful for it, since it meant that they didn’t have to. Yet now in adulthood Azelma is often accused of being nosey. It also affects her relationships. Despite having had many boyfriends in the past, unlike her twin brother, love interests don’t come easily. Sure she is incredibly beautiful and throughout the years has grown out of a frizzy mane of hair which once made Hermione Granger’s look like a few curls. But it’s her prying nature that makes boys become wary of spending time with her. She can ask all sorts of awkward questions. ‘Who was your last girlfriend?’, ‘Was she cute?’, ‘Am I cute?’ and of course, “Are you a virgin?” She does not become jealous easily, so the answers to their questions don’t make her envious of any past girlfriends. She for one couldn’t care less if they were a virgin or not. She certainly isn’t and is perfectly comfortable talking about and pursuing in the subject. Instead these questions make the guys want to back off a little; after all, some of the subjects she likes to include are pretty touchy ones for a first date. It’s not that Azelma means to be snooping but it just comes naturally with the easy confidence she possesses around others. Usually, Azelma is a happy soul content with the simple things. She rarely gets angry but when she does there is hell to pay. She is like a storm of rage which can be pretty destructive in the wrong hands. Azelma doesn’t like this part of herself so tries not to let people get to her. She has said things in the past which she wishes could have gone unsaid. Azelma knows she cannot change the past so is determined to control her future. Her confidence has always driven Azelma to a certain career. Despite all of the jobs that people have offered to her with the grades she achieved at Hogwarts, her biggest dream is to act. Azelma has always had a keen interest in acting on a stage so the second she left Hogwarts, she enrolled at any club she could find. Most were muggle clubs which she enjoyed but she wanted a career in acting within the wizarding world. She eventually found the Lockhart Stage School for performing arts. The woman running the school was Adele, a small plump red head in her mid-thirties who had an obsession with Gilderoy Lockhart and had decided to name her acting group in his honour, despite him being in St. Mungo’s Hospital for more than ten years. Azelma was not one to judge her obsession and embraced Adele and the fellow members. She has been visiting the group weekly for three years and is now one of their most talented students. That said, she has not yet been offered a job in her dream career so is working in The Three Broomsticks. Juggling relationships, work and acting is difficult but somehow Azelma manages to pull it off. However working in one of the busiest pubs in the wizarding world, especially one that is close to Hogwarts, allows Azelma to overhear some things that maybe she shouldn’t. Most of it is harmless gossip coming from giggling school girls but if word was to come out, Azelma would be the first to hear it. After all, gossip in Hogsmeade spreads like an uncontrollable wildfire and Azelma’s thirst for knowledge would only add to the heated outcome.

Anthony, Megan, Aaron, Luke and Helena Goldstein:

The Goldstein’s are a close knitted family and Azelma has a good relationship with all of its members. She no longer lives at home, but visits her parents often. Anthony and Megan never spoiled any of their children, although Megan perhaps did fuss over Aaron just that little bit more, so Azelma and the rest of her siblings are not materialistic. That said, Anthony has never been a fan of Azelma’s acting dreams so when the subject arises between them, it doesn’t usually end well. Aaron and Azelma have always been close and there are few things that make them argue. The only big argument that the twins have had was when Aaron messed around with one of Azelma’s ex-boyfriends but this didn’t last for long and in the end they both came to the conclusion that neither of them were to blame. As for the boyfriend, things for him did not end well. Being on the wrong side of both of the Goldstein twins is not wise. As for Luke and Helena, Azelma is also extremely close to both; particularly Luke. She often teases Luke about his relationships trouble, mocking him for still being a virgin and for being so hopelessly puppy eyes around Dominique Weasley. Yet she has a very motherly approach to him and although doesn’t show this with her sensitivity, does so by insisting on meeting him at The Three Broomsticks during Hogsmeade weekends. Azelma is also very fond of Helena, although she is the sibling whom she argues with the most. This is mostly due to Helena being slightly jealous of her older sister. Azelma is aware of this and does her best to convince Helena that she’s perfect as she seems to be, but this only increases the lingering envy between them. Despite this she maintains a good relationship with all of her family which has only become stronger since she left Hogwarts.

Edward Macmillan

Ed and Azelma are no doubt an unusual pair. Edward is the type of guy whose ideals are stuck in the nineteenth century, to the point where he comes close to fainting when seeing a woman’s ankles bare. Azelma, on the other hand, is one of the most confident people to grace the Wizarding World with her presence. She has no problem showing a significant amount of skin, especially when it comes to her roles. Azelma is the type of girl who would give Ed a heart attack every five seconds, and definitely not the good kind. While many expected him to be uncomfortable with Azelma’s curious nature, especially regarding his virgin status and past relationships, Ed was rather fond of the amount of attention she was giving to his present and past life. The two only began to go out after Hogwarts, with their seventh year spent with Azelma firing flirtatious gazes in his direction and him blushing in return. It was no secret to any of their friends that Azelma  found Ed attractive from the start, although this was based off of pure physical attraction and the fact that her looks made him squirm like a worm on a hook. Since then, the two have been joined at the hip. Rarely getting into fights of any kind and never losing the slightest bit of interest in one another. He is also surprisingly supportive of her choice of a career path, knowing that she is completely open to playing almost anything. Only recently has he proposed to her and the two haven’t even considered wedding details yet, but are simply happy to be with one another. Ed often finds himself skipping SBD meetings to spend Azelma’s free nights with her.

Frank is the only son and the oldest child of Neville and Hannah Longbottom (neé Abbott), and was named after his paternal grandfather, Frank Longbottom I. He has a younger sister named Alice, who is currently in her sixth year and was named after their paternal grandmother. His father, Neville, works at Hogwarts as the Herbology professor, and his mother, Hannah owns and lives in the Leaky Cauldron.

In September of 2016, he began attending Hogwarts and is now in his 7th year. 

Personality:

While Frank does share few traits with his father, he is almost the exact opposite of what Neville was like when in his days at Hogwarts. Where Neville  was clumsy, forgetful, shy, and timid; Frank is is coordinated, recalling, unreserved, and fearless. Many may have doubted whether or not Neville belonged in Gryffindor, but nobody doubted the fact that Frank would be sorted into Gryffindor. It was clear from the very beginning exactly which house he embodied. With his courage and bravery, Frank not only reflects the virtues of Gryffindor house, his personality is the exact reflection of Neville’s during the Second Wizarding war. Unlike his father, Frank has never had any issues regarding his self-esteem. The boy has always strutted with an air of confidence in both himself and his magical abilities. He is intelligent on multiple levels. Not only is he book smart, but street smart as well. It is known that Frank is one of those people who can come out on top of things even if he  doesn't try. His success has been in not just grades, but looks and character. The boy is evidently one of the attractive ones at Hogwarts, while his kindness is just a contributing factor in addition to his looks. Its hard to dislike Frank with his good natured smile and accepting personality. Being a half-blood himself, Frank doesn’t condone the way the Slytherins treat the other half-bloods and muggleborn students. His prejudice is as non-existent just as Malfoy's is existent. Prejudiced is not a term that comes up when one thinks of Frank Longbottom II. Like a true Gryffindor, he is brave until the very end; he seeks adventure. Honest and easy going, but confident and boisterous; its almost as if his ego is bipolar. One moment its there, the next its gone; replaced by the affectionate young man known as Frank, who cares about others and humanity more than he cares for himself. He is opinionated, especially regarding the blood purity debate. Although he tries to avoid conflicts, arguments, and debates, but when it comes to the blood purity topic, Frank does not hold back at all. His constant challenging of the Slytherins generally roots from the fact that he is part of a cause that fights again blood prejudice: a cause he believes in a great deal and being who he is, Frank will fight for what he believes in. Charismatic and daring, Frank is an extremely charming young man who has much to say and makes a rather instant and lasting impression that is evidently influential upon his peers, especially the females. With his charming personality and good looks, as well as experience in the art of seduction, its no wonder that women are attracted to him like moths to a flame. They have seated him on a pedestal of adoration and he adores them in return; he plays well in the game of flirtation - almost too well, according to those who know him. Its no secret that Frank is a man of the women and has had many in the past, most of which he hardly remembers, however, those who know him find this to be a humorous feat. as Frank is rather harmless and generally means none of it. His popularity with the female population of the school is both a distraction and a boost of confidence, especially with an uncertain, potential war on the horizon. Though his popularity and numerous escapades may suggest that he is more physically active, this is in fact, incorrect. Frank is quite a few shades more soft-hearted than the likes of those who do engage in such physical acts and is more on the emotional and romantic side of such relationships. The boy is in love with love itself and the idea of it. He is a lover in all areas; a lover of ambition, achievement, the arts and romance itself. Frank cherishes flowers, writes poetry, pities the less fortunate, loves people, plays the piano, and has a fantasy for a vision of the future. Above all, he is a kind soul with a good heart. Immature and a foolish teenage boy at times, but kind. One to take in the beauty around him, of both people and the world; he enjoys strolling through the gardens with whomever may be on his arm that week and often is more interested in the passage of stars and clouds than events. There are two sides to him and his mind: the mature lover of love and the immature young man enjoying his youth. He talks gently with his head held high, isn't the least bit self-concious or shy. Devoted is one of the many words that can be used to describe him. He is devoted member of Tobias Barrowman's revolutionary group and a friend of the man himself, despite being a few years younger than him. He is devoted to whichever lady he is with. His devotion in that sense, however, has been called overbearing and if often the reason why many women leave him in addition to him leaving them. The boy has the tendency to shower them with poetry written by him, from the colour of their hair to each freckle on their face, and sends dozens of flowers at a day's time. Granted, there have been times where he has written poems about other physical areas of a lady where he believed the act to be okay and his significant other didn't. Above all he is hopelessly devoted to Molly Weasley. Its almost as if he lives in the nineteenth century with his idealistic beliefs about love. He is viewed to be as the epitome of innocence with a hint of crudity. A respectable, but often too persistent young man. He is enthusiastic and extremely willing to prove himself to Molly, through spontaneous - and often annoying - little students as sending her countless parchments of poetry he wrote about her, and more often than not, giant bouquets of flowers. He has little concern regarding what this might mean for both of their reputations. Franks affection regarding her, mixed with his ambition for most things, has made him absolutely blind when it comes to Molly and relentlessly pursues her.

Neville, Hannah, Alice II, Frank I, Alice I, and Augusta:

While most students may have been embarrassed if their parent worked at their school, Frank belongs to the minority of those who either aren't bothered by this, or simply don't care. The former being him. Having had a close relationship with both of his parents in his childhood, he has always been fond of them on a deeper level and  doesn’t mind the fact that his father works at his school, its simply a bigger advantage for him than it is a disadvantage should he ever need any herbology related help, or just simple support, he can go to his father. He sees Hannah less often than he gets to see Neville, mostly due to her job, but majority of the other students at Hogwarts get to see neither of their parents except for during breaks, therefore he isn’t too upset about that. Frank is known for being extremely protective of his younger sister Alice, to the point where it may even annoy her a little, but the two do love each other dearly. He worries about her more than anybody else and finds himself getting scared for her. For example, if she’s with a boy he goes up to her and asks her everything about him to make sure she’s doing alright. His biggest priority to make sure his younger sister is safe and always looks out for her. He can also be snarky around the Slytherins and is one of his pet peeves when they not only bully him or his friends, but mostly his little sister.  Frank visits his grandparents at St.Mungo’s every chance he gets. Due to their condition, he isn't very close to them, however, he still has the gum wrapper his grandmother gave him when he was younger, on a trip to St. Mungo’s, and has cherished it since. He’s is also fairly close to his greatgrandmother, Augusta, but could do without her knitted sweaters.

Jasper Hill, Tobias Barrowman & Others:

Frank's best friend at Hogwarts is Jasper Hill who is also a part of the organization, SBD (Stop Blood Discrimination). The organization, run by the alumni Tobias Barrowman and consisting of both Tobias and Frank's friends who are also alumni, was what introduced Frank to the other men. It was in the summer before his sixth year and he had stumbled upon a protest that was taking place in Diagon Alley. Ever since then he has been a devoted member of the cause and a devoted friend to the men who have become his brothers. He hold great admiration for Tobias because without him, their crusade itself wouldn't have been possible. Also because he is one of the few to notice the discrimination that still goes on, regarding blood types, and has spoke up against it.

Molly Weasley:

Frank has no doubt in his mind that he has been in love with Molly Weasley from the moment he laid eyes upon her. Molly is the most gorgeous and flawless human being on the planet in Frank's eyes. He is hopelessly devoted to her and she is his second priority, only coming after his family. Although Molly see's him as an insufferable git who harasses her with poetry, flowers and crude jokes; that is simply how Frank feels about her. He often teases her about her studying habits, but means no harms by it, however she doesn't take it that way. Frank doesn’t hate Molly as much as she seems to hate him. In fact, it was just last year that he proclaimed his love for her with a huge bouquet of roses. He then proceeded to send her poems that he wrote for her, throughout the summer. Frank has been heard regarding her as the centre of his universe on multiple occasions and got an earful from Tobias on letting his feelings distract him, as his entire summer was spent writing about every single physical and personality trait of her's. Molly continues to refuse his advances, however, he is stubbornly fixated on her and continues to pursue her through poetry, flowers, and anything else that may help him. Since last year, he hasn't been seen with another girl because he is too loyal to Molly.
