What do you do when you know you are fighting a losing battle ? I own a company with another person. That said person is careless half hazard and just plain sloppy 😒 I talk with her but , nothing is ever her fault, she is never wrong and she always tries to make herself look better in all situations. We are all family that works there, but not all of them want to.work. they come and go as they please and don't work great when they are there. I work my butt off keeping clients happy and the other person is just there. Sloppy as hell , her desk looks like Linus from Snoopy. Always filthy 😤 I don't know what to do anymore 😪
