An Afghan Taliban commander wanted for organising attacks on Afghan and US troops has been captured after giving himself up and demanding the $100 reward for his arrest, officials say.

The reaction in the US and from some prominent talk show host *cough* Bill Maher* about marines urinating on Taliban corpses is deeply disturbing. Oh its just dead bodies and they did what they did. Body desecration is never okay! OH IM SORRY! you do realize these are people! PEOPLE! who have lives, who have families, who have some extreme hatred towards americans but I really dont care, they are human beings, lets not add to the fact, that marines are people in postions of authority..

The middle east already hates us. How is this ok? yes lets make them even madder and pee on their people. These Marines are in positions of authority and as such they are held at high regard and have a code they live by, they are representing the US and when they desecrate bodies which is bad in itself they are representing the US. I like to think this is such a horrible oxymoron because if this was taliban peeing on our dead soliders there would be outrage. But these guys did such horrible things we can give it a pass. People get your fucking emotions out of this and get your head out of your ass and think clearly.. because I repeat, body desecration is never okay, no matter how horrible the people are. Its called human decency and code. I believe these marines should be thrown out of the marines and never return. They had a postion of power and authority and abused it. You did something stupid you face the consequences, deal with it.
