01. RPer's real name? Lexi.
02. Why did I choose my character, and how do I choose to play him/her? I fell in love with Talia first from the comics and her various animated incarnations, and then TDKR came out and was kind of the final nail in the coffin. I love her intelligence, her cunning and strength and independence. She's deadly in every single way, but also so incredibly vulnerable and flawed. In a word, fascinating.
03. If my character was born in a different era, what would I change about him/her? Um...I really am not sure.
04. RPer x Character; how would our relationship go? Talia doesn't have friends. She doesn't want friends. She has allies and accomplices sometimes, but ultimately she doesn't know what a functional relationship is because she's never had one. So I doubt she'd find much use for me. I'd try to be to her what Barsad is to Bane, if nothing else, but yeah, she probably wouldn't care too much for me. Haha.
05. Give one headcanon l have about my character(s). See #11.
06. Favourite thing about character. Her willpower. She will fulfill her father's destiny and burn the world's greatest city to the ground, even if it means she has to die with it.
07. What do you imagine when I think of my character? I don't...what?
08. If I changed your character's clothing options, what would I change and why? More hidden weapons. We're talking ankle, thigh holsters Maybe a small blade in her hair when she wears it up. Stilettos where one of the heels is actually a stiletto knife that can be taken off and used as a weapon. More Arabian-influenced patterns.
09. If my character were to be given a haircut by me, what would I do? Oh my god no, I wouldn't cut it. If anything, I want it longer.
10. If my character were to die, how would I react? With tears and lots of ice cream and an identity crisis because thEN I COULD BECOME TALIA RIGHT
11. What is character's biggest secret? When she slept over and told Bruce, "We could take my jet, go anywhere in the world," at least some part of her meant it. She wanted to leave, even if she couldn't admit it to herself, and she actually may have gone if Bruce had agreed.
12. What does RPer ship character with? I'm a massive Bruce/Talia shipper. I think they're incredible together. I do still ship Bane/Talia, but I don't know, there's something more powerful to me about her and Bruce. Maybe it's because I feel like they're on more even footing, or that there's more of a contrast in their moral codes/backgrounds/ideologies than with her and Bane's. I also love exploring the jealousy element with her and Bruce over the whole you-were-my-father's-greatest-student thing, and the fact that Bruce can see the good in her, whereas with Bane it's Talia who sees the good in him. Talia is more flawed around Bruce, and I love that.
13. Worst moment for character. Realizing when Ra's died that she would never earn his love or pride, even after fighting for it almost her entire life.
14. Best moment for character. That's hard. Talia's life has obviously been far from happy. But I think her proudest moment was when she's standing in City Hall watching the battle from the window. She sees what she's done to Gotham and knows what she's about to do to it, and feels for once that maybe her father would've been proud of her after all.
15. What RPer secretly wants character to do. A pre-TDKR thread with a Bruce where it's Miranda's first meeting as a potential partner for the energy project. You know, like, first impressions and everything, and then we could start to explore some of the beginning of their "professional" relationship until he pulls away. UGH I WOULD LOVE TO
16. How character reacts to magic anons. I've never done one. Maybe sometime.
17. What RPer likes about character. Like...everything...and she's sexy...
18. What character prefers the most on Tumblr. She loves her Bruces, her Banes, Barsad (even if it's in a kind of love-hate way, lol). She's fascinated by everyone she interacts with in some way.
19. Most likely scenario for character on Tumblr. She goes into sewers a lot.
20. What does RPer dislike about character? That so much of her self-worth and esteem is based on other people's opinions of her. No matter how independent she thinks she is or tries to be, she will always need help making the jumps in her life, just like she did in the Pit, until she understands that she has the strength to do it for herself after all.
