Eyes on Seoul
I've been looking at rooms in Seoul for the past month since I'm planning on moving up there when my TaLK Contract ends. I saw this article saying that "key money" is something that might be disappearing?

When you rent a room, key money is something given to the owner, usually a large amount of money (sometimes even 10,000,000 KRW) and on top of that you pay a monthly fee. You receive the key money when you move out so it's just a temporary deposit.
This is why so many people live with their parents until their married. They can't afford the key money so they save on living expenses well until they are out of school.
For those living in Seoul, any recommendations on good areas to live?
