I'm mostly blatantly projecting onto Kris here but i really Really like the idea of them having one-sided queerplatonic feelings towards Susie and having to deal with feeling like her relationship with Noelle is more important than her relationship with them solely because of the fact her relationship with Noelle is romantic, and therefore more important even though her relationship with Kris is objectively deeper and more intimate. Kris has to deal with Susie being their most important person but feeling like they'll never be considered Susie's most important person just because they're platonic. thinking about this makes me hurt so much more than Kris having a romantic crush on Susie but I like that interpretation too it just doesn't resonate with me as deeply.....I dont necessarily think we'll get canon queerplatonic Anything so i am not saying that i think this is Canon i just like interpreting them like this. :)
