It had taken Celine three days to track the boy down when she was back in Acrine. When he had told her that he didn’t get out much, he certainly wasn’t exaggerating. She had men watchin every ship that came into the docks around the clock, despite the fact that it was, strictly speaking, not her territory. Why, she had even ordered the bars to keep tabs of any man who resembled the description she had given them, just so that she could track him down and reclaim her stolen goods.
Her efforts had finally borne fruit, and she found herself lurking on the harbour, right beside the Star Eater. The boy couldn’t hide from her forever, so when he was finally disembarking from the ship, likely on his captain’s orders, she gave him a little wave and a grin that was just a bit too wide to be genuine. “Hello dear. I believe you have something that belongs to me. Now why don’t you be a good lad and hand it over?”
