'What was left in her was herself. She who contains within her sixty years of sweet breezes, storms, pain, and happiness.' "

"Sound is aggression. One that fells silence.
Silence is an ocean. An ocean with buried secrets. Birds can fly over it. Boats can ply. Ships too can sail. Fisher folk can catch fish and make a living.
Let the secrets in the deep ocean be. We are enjoined to them. We can be pulled in with large nets the way whales are dragged in. In the soundscape of sand, small tanks of silence can be built and we can be put in there. We would stay alive. As odd objects on display. But we would have died.
Whales belong to the ocean."
