The Trump administration is refusing to implement sanctions meant to punish Russia for their interference/tampering the 2016 election. What makes this worse is those sanctions were part of legislation that passed through both houses of Congress almost completely unanimous. Making the legislation with the sanctions veto-proof and he's decided that he's just not going to implement them.
