2016.10.8(Sat) INKT LIVE HOUSE TOUR 2016 at YOKOHAMA
Third stop-Yokohama!
The venue in Yokohama is so small and really has a nice vibe whenever they have live here. I was very lucky that my friend got AMAZING tickets for the live. We were no. 1, 2, 3. I didn't even think ticket with these kind of numbers even exist. LOL. So super center and first row repo! :p
At first I was feeling sick and don't know why a little embarrassed cuz it was seriously too close. The venue was so small and you can probably only fit less than 10 people at the first row so Koki was in front of us the entire time. Too close I don't even know where to look and kinda wanted to hide(stupid I know. LOL). He was just so HOT! LOL.

Since the crowd was so excited so Koki was like "Good job! I am satisfied! Oh wait...I shouldn't be satisfied right in the beginning." :p He was just so cute!!!
Koki "We started this live tour from Kochi and then Kobe was our second stop. Kobe probably has a lot of live houses? So the crowd was used to live and we had a good time there. However, today is even better!"
Koki "We haven't had one man live in Kanto(Tokyo area) for a long time. When was the last time??"
And Koki made a mistake of saying the wrong live so Kei corrected him.
Kei "Last one man live was in Shibuya."
Koki "Oohh..that's right! It was the live when that baka(idiot) left the band."
LOL. They've been mentioning Kissy so much this tour! Missing him? :p
Past & Future
So since my friends and I were at the first row center, I thought it would be a good idea to use the spot we have. Every time during drum solo in this song, you can't even see SASSY if you are not close enough which is such a shame. So I asked people around me that if we could crouch down our knees and maybe other people would follow so everyone can see SASSY's solo.
When Koki said "DRUM SASSY!!!!" We started to do that and people followed!!!!!! Not everyone though but at least the first couple rows people followed. My friends in the back were telling me after the live saying that they could see SASSY better. I was so happy!!! Hopefully whoever in the front in the future will continue to do this and let everyone sees SASSY!!!

Koki was talking about the goods and asked us if we all did Gachagacha (this). They actually have this machine at live house and let people to play with it.
Koki "If you haven't done it. Do it after live!" LOL.
Koki "Who got Kei's gachagacha?"

Kei "Why not? It's still good!"
Koki "Well yeah! Think positively! You will probably have more luck next time!" LOL
Koki "So the good design is totally original. Some people may say that they look similar to other bands' logos. But come on! It only because we made whole bunch of them."
Then he started to point out the logos on the towel that Kei was holding.

Koki "The last time we had live in this place was our two-man tour with BULL ZEICHEN 88 senpai. It was so much pressure to do live with them. They are so good!! If you haven't heard of them, please check their songs on youtube. They just had new CD came out as well. Do you know they are selling their live ticket at 88yen for their Zepp live? They are crazy!!!! Shouldn't say this because they are senpai but they are crazy." LOL
and then Koki made the same mistake he made in Kochi by introducing the wrong song AGAIN!! LOL.
He realized it before the song actually started though (well...Kei kind of stopped him too. LOL)
Koki "so now I am going to sing this song from the new album....oh wait...."
Kei "this is your second time making this mistake during this tour."
Koki "Okay okay! So I am going to sing this song NOT from the new album." LOL. Too cute!

Unlike Kobe, we actually did get to do circles in Yokohama, too!! At first Koki asked us to sing with him and then jump and then jump while spinning. LOL. It felt silly but so much fun!! Then when it was mACKAz talking, he asked us to run around circles like what we did in Kobe the first day. Koki came down the stage to high five people who ran passed him. Actually this part caused a big argument on twitter after live which I will explain at the end. I didn't really notice anything wrong though at the time. Everyone seemed to really enjoyed it.

Koki "Last time we had live here was with BULL ZEICHEN 88. The vocal, Eijiro-san is Kei's type. One time Kei was like did you see the twitter icon of Eijiro-san? He is kawaii!" LOL.

Koki "SASSY seriously is crazy!!! And when asking him why, he was like people in EXILE(a macho dance and singing group in Japan) can do so many of them."
SASSY "Actually my son started to like them recently so I was thinking I can't lose. I need to be a macho guy, too." Awww...SASSY is such a good papa!
Koki "Yeah..so push-ups and running after live...I know coming from me it might mean nothing to you, but you guys really need to learn from SASSY."

Then he started to name all the anime he watched. LOL.
After Tokyo Koki said that he didn't know why tour started in Kochi and in Kochi the turnout was bad so he really regretted it. However, he really appreciated the people who did went and he really enjoyed it.
I just couldn't help but tears. Koki really really works hard. Everyone in INKT works very hard. However, he also said himself that there are also so many other bands with amazing talent and even less fortunate than what INKT is having. Hard work might not be able to pay off. However, they are still going to continue. I am just very thankful and really hope they can achieve their dream one day. So please continue your support as well!!!! I believe they are trying their best to go to your countries to perform!
So actually after the live, some fans expressed that they didn't like the live that much on twitter and one of the biggest problems was they did circles. When I was reading those tweets at first, I really couldn't understand cuz I thought everyone was having a good time. However, even my friends agreed with them so I really tried to put myself in other people's shoes and tried to understand the situation.
I guess during circles, there was a big disconnection between fans who are used to live house environment and who are ready to loose up to get crazy vs. fans who are not used to live house/band music and are kind of shy and scared of doing those kind of things. And Koki just said "if you are scared, just watch!" So people who loose up and do whatever INKT say had a good time but for people who were just watching on the side felt they were left out. And that kind of feeling sort of ran the entire live seeing fans who are doing their head banging crazy while some others were afraid of getting hit by their hair.
I am not really sure if it was or will ever be a problem for foreign fans cuz it seems lives are a lot more hyper whenever they do overseas lives. However, a lot of fans in Japan are Johnny's fans and they are not used to rock music or band live. It is difficult for them to adjust. I guess in my opinion, Koki could do better than just said "you guys can just watch." It IS his job to make everyone enjoy their time. But I also think people should be more open-minded and less passive. Just give it a try! I didn't know head-banging or circles or whatever other bands were doing during their lives but I just tried to get loose and it was fun!!
Koki definitely meant nothing bad though. The reason INKT wanted to do this circle is to get everyone to loose and just be an idiot for once and have fun. And I love it!
