What's been your most gratifying moment at Columbia?
There's so many though. I really have to think about this one. Usually my birthdays are pretty good. The first birthday I had hear I didn't really know anyone, and still there was kind of a like a celebration. I felt like everyone just kinda wanted you know, relax and have fun. And it happened to be my birthday, which was you know one of the first since it's September. And then, same thing, I mean next year, by that point I had a lot of friends, and this year. So I mean I've kept the same friends since freshman year, the same people who were at that first party in September of freshman year are now my friends today, and I don't know, it's a nice way to start the year with.
If you could give advice to your younger self, what would it be?
Hm. To relax more. To live a little. Yeah. It's good life advice in general.
What your favorite thing to do by yourself?
I don't know. These days, maybe playing guitar. Yeah. I mean, not much I can do that's fun by yourself. Hanging out with other people is fun. But if I'm all alone, I guess guitar or piano.
What does home mean for you?
Home, huh, I don't know. Home is where my parents, where my parents and my sister are. I don't know, I never really felt super attached to like, Albany, which is where I grew up, except for the first five years of my life which was in the Detroit area. But, I dunno, home will always be where my parents and sister are.
