Sanity is over-rated. I want to be clear that I DO NOT do ANY DRUGS WHAT SO EVER!! Not even prescription ones. No pot, no shrooms, nothing.
I do not meditate often, I never hold my breath to make myself light headed, I was never dropped on my head as a baby. I just have a very....let's call it active. I have a very active mind.
