More tangle the kelpie unicorn canibal OC because I wanted to show his water form

If he was on land he would look like a normal horse/unicorn at the end of it with like a rly messy tail bc again it's (tangled) seaweed. (and it matches the way his tail looks)

He's an opportunistic hunter and tugs horses, unicorns, other kelpies, whatever he can get he'll tug them down to the depths of the lake
